Simultaneous determination of eight components in Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid by UPLC

摘要: 建立UPLC同时测定蒲地蓝消炎口服液中8种成分的方法。采用Acquity BEH C¹⁸(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm)色谱柱；以甲醇-0.1%甲酸为流动相，梯度洗脱，流速0.3 mL/min，柱温：30 ℃。8种成分均能达到基线分离，各成分加样回收率在100.67%~106.92%。本方法简便、快速、准确，可作为样品的定量测定方法。

Abstract: To develop an UPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 8 components in Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid,Acquity BEH C₁₈ (2.1 mm ×100 mm,1.7 μm) column was used with CH₃OH- 0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 °C.The results showed that 8 components were well separated with good linearity.The average recoveries were 100.67%-106.92%.The method proved to be rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid.
