从专利角度分析我国药学类高等校院的技术创新现状——以中国药科大学为例

Status of technological innovation of pharmaceutical colleges from the perspective of patents―China Pharmaceutical University as an example

摘要: 利用中国专利数据库（China Patent Application，CNPAT）中的专利数据信息，对药学类高等院校在我国医药产业技术创新体系中所占份额及其特点进行分析，并通过典型实例分析药学类高校的技术创新和专利保护工作的现状和存在的主要问题，进而为该类高校的知识产权管理工作提出建议。

Abstract: The study for filed patents of pharmaceutical colleges in China was carried out through patent information analysis.The status and problems of technological innovation and patent protection of pharmaceutical colleges were investigated.Furthermore,suggestions have been provided for the intellectual property management of these colleges。
