Chemical constituents from the bark of Platanus acerifolia Wild.

摘要: 从悬铃木科悬铃木属植物二球悬铃木(Platanus acerifolia Wild.)的树皮中分离鉴定了7种成分:白桦脂酸( 1 )，20-羰基白桦酸( 2 )，β-谷甾醇( 3 )，3-O-乙酰基白桦酯醛( 4 )，3-O-乙酰基齐墩果酸( 5 )，4′，5，7-三羟基-8-异戊烯基黄酮( 6 )，悬铃木乙酮( 7 )。其中，化合物 6 为首次从该属植物中分离得到，化合物 2 ~ 5 为首次从该植物中分离得到，化合物 7 为新天然产物。

Abstract: Seven compounds were isolated from the bark of Platanus acerifolia Wild. , and identified as betulinic acid( 1 ), platanic acid( 2 ), β-sistosterol( 3 ), 3-O-acetylbetulin aldehyde( 4 ), 3-O-acetyl oleanolic acid( 5 ), 4′, 5, 7-trihydroxy-8-prenylflavone( 6 )and platanone B( 7 ). Compound 6 was isolated from this genus for the first time; compounds 2 - 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time; and compound 7 was a novel natural product.
