Abstract:
Twelve compounds were isolated and purified from the ethanol extract of
Coptis teeta wall by various chromatographic methods, and their structures were elucidated by spectral techniques and physicochemical properties as 3, 5, 7-trihydroxy- 6, 8-dimethylflavone(
1 ), ferulic acid(
2 ),
Z-octadecyl caffeate(
3 ), protocatechuic acid(
4 ), methyl-3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl lactate(
