两个依维莫司有关物质的合成

Synthesis of two related substances of everolimus

  • 摘要: 为优化依维莫司合成工艺,合成了2个依维莫司合成工艺中产生的有关物质,分别为:28,40-OO′-双(2-羟乙基)-雷帕霉素和28-O-(2-羟乙基)-雷帕霉素。所合成化合物的结构经氢谱、质谱确认,其在依维莫司中的存在采用HPLC法予以确认。
    Abstract: To optimize the synthesis and purification process of everolimus, and to investigate the quality of everolimus, synthetic schemes were designed to prepare 2 related substances, resulting from the process of everolimus. These two related substances were 28, 40-O, O′-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)rapamycin and 28-O-(2-hydroxyethyl)rapamycin. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS, and their presence in everolimus was confirmed by HPLC.
