  • 摘要: p75NTR作为神经营养因子低亲和力受体,可与各种配体和细胞内因子相互作用后对神经系统产生促存活或致凋亡的不同效应;同时,作为肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的一员,其在细胞凋亡和神经再生中发挥重要作用。p75NTR的表达与其多潜能性之间密切相关,因此,了解p75NTR在各种类型细胞及损伤或疾病状态下的表达,有助于对其功能或潜在作用进行更深入的研究。本文主要对p75NTR的表达进行综述,并探讨目前靶向作用于p75NTR药物的研究和开发。

     

    Abstract: p75 neurotrophin receptor(p75NTR)is a low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor. It can interact with a variety of ligands and intracellular factors to play the prosurvival or proapoptoticrole in the nervous system. Besides, it plays an important role in apoptosis and nerve regeneration as a member of tumor necrosis factor receptor(TNFR)superfamily. More recently, a close relationship between p75NTR expression and pluripotency has been described. Thus, understanding the function of p75NTR has been challenging because it mediates many different cellular activities depending on the specific cell type and itsphysiological state. This review focuses on the expression of p75NTR and potential drug development targeting p75NTR.
