青蒿素类药物制剂中国专利申请技术分析

Analysis of China patent application for the pharmaceutical preparations of artemisinins

  • 摘要: 青蒿素类化合物除抗疟作用外,在治疗艾滋病和肿瘤等疾病方面具有潜在的临床应用价值。目前临床上应用的青蒿素类药物制剂普遍存在溶解度差、首过效应高、生物利用度低、给药频繁、疟原虫复燃率高等缺点,因此,采用制药新技术,研发青蒿素类药物新制剂以克服传统制剂的不足成为研究热点之一。笔者通过文献检索,对青蒿素类药物制剂的中国专利申请状况和相关专利技术进行了分析,旨在为国内研发机构和相关企业对于青蒿素类药物制剂的后期开发、专利保护策略以及知识产权布局提供有益的参考和建议。
    Abstract: Artemisinins were reported to have the potential efficacy of anticancer, anti-AIDS, etc. , besides antimalaria. Clinical application of current dosage forms has significant drawbacks, i. e. , poor solubility, high first pass effect, low bioavailability, frequent dosing, low bioavailability, high plasmodium recrudescence rate, etc. To overcome these drawbacks, a hot area of research is to develop novel artemisinin dosage forms by applying new preparation technology. Here we summarized the related patents application technology in order to provide helpful references and recommendations on the development of artemisinin dosage forms, patents protection and layout of intellectual properties to the domestic R&D institutes and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
