战骨中一个新的黄酮苷类成分

A new flavonoid glycoside from the stem barks of Premna fulva

  • 摘要: 采用ODS、硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱方法对战骨(Premna fulva)干燥茎皮的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过NMR,MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构,分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:(2R)-naringenin-5-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucop-yranoside( 1 ),芹菜素( 2 ),(2S)-柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 3 ),(2S)-helichrysin( 4 ),芹菜素-6-C-α-L-阿拉伯糖-8-C- β-D-木糖苷( 5 ),vicenin 2( 6 ),芹菜素6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-8-C-β-D-木糖苷( 7 ),芹菜素6-C-β-D-木糖-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷( 8 ),vitexin( 9 )。其中化合物 1 为新黄酮苷,化合物 3 ~ 57 ~ 9 均为首次从该植物中分离得到。初步评价了化合物 1~9 对LPS刺激的RAW 264.7巨噬细胞的NO产生的抑制作用,化合物 26~9 具有中等的抗炎活性。

     

    Abstract: A new flavonoid glycoside, named(2R)-naringenin-5-O-β-D- xylopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside( 1 ), together with other eight known compounds( 2-9 ), was isolated and characterized. Compounds 3-5 , 7-9 were isolated from the stem barks of Premna fulva for the first time. The anti-inflammatory activities of all the isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory effects against LPS-induced nitric oxide(NO)production in RAW 264. 7 macrophages cells. Compounds 2 , 6-9 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activities.
