非小细胞肺癌中脂质代谢的研究进展

Research progress on lipid metabolism in non-small cell lung cancer

  • 摘要: 肿瘤细胞内的代谢重编程近来受到了越来越多研究者的关注,脂质代谢不但在细胞生长、凋亡、运动、膜稳态等过程中发挥重要作用,还参与了调控机体化疗反应、肿瘤微环境、肿瘤免疫及耐药等多种生物学过程。文章综述了近年来有关非小细胞肺癌中脂肪酸、胆固醇和磷脂代谢方面的研究进展,旨在为非小细胞肺癌预防、早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: The metabolic reprogramming in cancer cells has recently attracted more and more attention from researchers. Lipid metabolism is involved in many cell processes such as cell growth, apoptosis, exercise, membrane homeostasis, chemotherapy response and drug resistance. This article summerizes the advances in research on fatty acids, cholesterol and phospholipid metabolism in non-small cell lung cancer, which may provide new ideas for the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
