新技术在中药皮肤药动学评价中的应用

Application of Novel Technologies in the Evaluationof Traditional Chinese medicine Dermatopharmacokinetics

  • 摘要: 评估中药外用制剂在皮肤组织中的吸收程度一直是中药皮肤药动学研究的难点。近年来,为更准确表征和预测其药动学特征,多种新兴技术方法不断涌现,包括胶带剥离、血管收缩试验、微透析/开放式微灌流、共聚焦拉曼显微镜、基质辅助激光解吸/电离质谱成像、微流控技术以及药动学计算模型等。本文系统综述了这些方法在中药皮肤药动学评价中的应用进展,总结其技术特点与适用场景,并展望未来发展趋势,旨在为深入揭示中药活性成分在皮肤内的动态变化规律、空间分布特征及外用制剂配伍合理性提供新的研究思路。

     

    Abstract: Evaluating the absorption of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulations in skin has long been a challenge in cutaneous pharmacokinetic studies of TCM. In recent years, various new techniques have been developed to more accurately characterize and predict the pharmacokinetic profiles of these formulations. These include tape stripping, vasoconstriction assay, microdialysis/open-flow microperfusion, confocal Raman microscopy, matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-MSI), microfluidic technology, and pharmacokinetic computational models. This review systematically summarizes the application progress of these methods in the evaluation of cutaneous pharmacokinetics of TCM, highlights their technical features and suitable scenarios, and discusses future development trends, providing new research perspectives for further understanding the dynamic changes, spatial distribution characteristics of active ingredients in the skin, and the rationality of compatibility in topical preparations.
