摘要: 本文提供了一种纯化胰弹性蛋白酶的特异、简便方法。经 AmberliteCG-50树脂初步分离的胰弹性蛋白酶,通过弹性蛋白——纤维素亲和柱,一次精制,获得聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳纯弹性蛋白酶。

Abstract: This paper describes a simple and specific method for isolating and purifying Elastase from the porine pancreas.The Crude Elastase purified preliminarily through ion-exchange resin, Amberlite CG-50, undergoes the affinity chromatography with mixed bed of cellulose and elastin. An one step purification is enough to obtain the porcineElastase with a single band on polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis.
