双异丙吡胺中间体合成方法的改进

A Modified Synthesis of Two Intermediates of Disopyramide

摘要: 本文应用相转移催化烃化合成双异丙吡胺的中间体4—二异丙胺基—2—(2—吡啶基)丁腈(Ⅲ);并改进了合成中间体2—(2—吡啶基)苯乙腈(Ⅱ)的反应条件；提高了双异丙吡胺的质量和收率,简化了生产工艺,降低了成本。

Abstract: Phase transfer catalysed alkylation has been successfully applied to the synthesis of the intermediate 4-diisopropylamino-2-(2-pyridyl) butanonitrile (Ⅲ), and the conditions of the reaction for synthesizing the intermediate 2-(2-pyridyl) phenyacetonitrile have been improved.The final product is consequently of a better quality and a higher yield; and thetechnique used is less expensive.
