应用正交函数——分光光度法测定复方芫花酮片中微克量盐酸克喘素的含量

Quantitative Determination of μg Amount of Clenbuterol (CAB-365) Contained in Compound Tablets of Yuanhuatong by Orthogonal Functions Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 复方芫花酮片中含有盐酸克喘素,由于量微和芫花酮的干扰,不能用一般的分光光度法测定含量。本文提出了在样品中追加一定量的盐酸克喘素,经适当提取分离,用六点正交函数——分光光度法,从292~302nm,波长间隔为2nm,求二次多项式回归系数 d2值,可以消除芫花酮的干扰,测定盐酸克喘素的含量。
    Abstract: Clenbuterol (NAB-365 ) is one of the active ingredients contained in Compound Tablet of Yuanhuatong, but it couldn't be determined owing to it's microamount and interference of Ynanhuatong (total flavones crude extract obtained from Flos Genkwa). A suitable method for determination of μg amount of clenbuterol contained in the compound tablets is described by a six-point orthogonal functions spectrophotometryto eliminate the interference of yuanhuatong.The proposed method involves an addition of a certain amount of NAB-365 to the sample being tested, a suitable extraction and a subsequent spectrophotometric determination with six wavelengths from 292-3O2 nm at 2 nm intervals, and a calculation of the quadratic polynomial regression coefficient, d_2.
