Abstract:
The antibacterial data of eight diterpnoides of Danshen, (the root of Salvia Mil-tiorrhiza Bunge) are presented. The tested bacteria ares Mycobacterium 607, M. tuberculosis H_37R_V and M. trioerans. The minimal iinhibitory concentrations of these compounds range from 0.3125μg/mlto over 5μg/ml. All Tanshinones combind with plasma protein to varying degree and tuberoulostatio activity decreases from eight to twenty times. The R_M vales of Tanshinones have been determined in both different stationary phases and mobile phase. The relationship between the R_M valus and tuberculostatio activity of Tanshinones has been discussed.
