摘要: 正交函数法与双波长法一样,不经分离即可消除共存组分的干扰,方法比较简单,准确度也较高。本文就常药降压片中氢氯噻嗪的含量测定,探讨了正交函数法的应用。文内选用二次多项式 P2,以271nm 为中间波长,以4nm 的等间隔波长分成六点进行测定,并计算其回归系数 P_2作为定量信息。在751G 型分光光度计上用正交函数法测定氢氯噻嗪,回收率为99.61±0.62%(置信率95%),变异系数为1.1%。Abstract: When the orthogonal function method is applied to spectrometric analysis, the interference of coexisting ingredients in pharmaceutical preparations may be eliminated without any preliminary separation. This method is simple and accurate which is applied to the determination of dihydrocholorothiazide in hypotensive tablets.It has been found that with a six-point polynomial over the 261 to 281 nm at 4nm intervals,P2, the coefficient of the quadratic polyomical, was proportional to the concentration of dihydrochlorothiazide and independent of the concentration of the coexisting ingredients` in the tablets. This manual spectrophotometer(751G) has been used, the mean recovery of dihydrochlorothiazide is 99.61±0.62% (at the 95% confidence level) and the relative standard deviation is 1.1%(n=14).
