摘要: 本文研究了用四苯硼钠示波极谱滴定测定溴丁东莨菪碱(原料、注射液及片剂)的方法。四苯硼钠能定量地与溴丁东莨菪碱沉淀。在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲液(pH=5.1～5.3)中加入过量Na-TPB标准溶液,使溴丁东莨菪碱完全沉淀,干过滤部分溶液后,取一定量滤液在碱性溶液中用Tl_2SO_4标准溶液回滴定过量的Na-TPB。方法准确,快速,制剂中的添加剂不干扰测定。

Abstract: This paper deals with the method of oscillopolarographic titration of hyos- cine butylbromide (injections and tablets) with Na-tetraphenylborate (Na-TPB) solution. An excess amount of standard solution of Na-tetraphenylborate is added to an acetate buffer solution ( pH=5.1—5.3 ) containing the sample to precipitate hyoscine butylbromide quantitatively. Filter through a dry filter, transfer a measured volume of the filtrate to a beaker, adjust the solution to alkaline and titrate the excess Na- tetraphenylborate with standard thallous sulfate solution. This method is found to be accurate and rapid. The excipient and additive used did not interfere with the determination.
