荧光分光光度法测定复方甲基炔诺酮片中炔雌醇的含量

DETERMINATION OF ETHINYL ESTRADIOL IN TABLETS BY FLUORESCENCE SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

  • 摘要: 本文应用荧光分光光度法测定复方甲基炔诺酮片中炔雌醇的含量。方法系根据Kober反应的基本原理,采用混合试剂[硫酸-水(3:1) 0.5%(W/V)对苯二酚]激发荧光,荧光强度比较稳定,再现性较好,甲基炔诺酮和辅料基本不干扰,平均回收率的标准偏差低于4%。本法比过去的方法简便迅速且适用于单片分析。
    Abstract: Fluorescence spectrophotometric method for determination of ethinyl estradiol in norgestrel tablets is based on the Kober reaction, in which mixture reagent (sulphuric acid-water (3:1) 0.5% (w/v) hydroquinone) is used for inducing fluorescence. The better stability of fluorescence and reproducibility were obtained. Norgestrel and excipient did not interfere with the determination. The standard deviation of the average recovery is below 4%. It is suitable for routine analysis of tablets.
