摘要: 本文建立的GLC参数与疏水参数相关的二元回归数学模型,通过多方面的实验验证,均得到了肯定的结果。这为GLC参数代替疏水参数用于QSAR提供了一定的基础。

Abstract: A two-parameter regression mathematical model of the correlation between GLC parameter and hydrophobic parameter was established theoretically. The results obtained were confirmed by various experiments. A theoretical basis and better prospects for using GLC parameter as hydrophobic parameter in QSAR research were provided.
