Ⅱ.Determination of weak acidic organic drugs by non-aqueous catalytic thermometric titration

摘要: 本文利用在非水溶液中碱滴定剂催化丙烯腈阴离子聚合放热反应指示终点,使用双磁搅拌温度记录仪记录滴定曲线,测定了20种弱酸性有机原料药物;并且不经事先分离提取直接测定了氟脲嘧啶、氢氯噻嗪片剂的含量,精密度和准确度较好。还从选择滴定剂、溶剂、指示剂系统看手,研究了如何获得转折敏锐的滴定曲线,使反应当量比接近理论值。Abstract: Twenty weak acidic organic drugs (eleven sulfanilamide derivatives and nine other weak acidic drugs)were determined with 0.1 N tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide and sodium methoxide. Strong base catalyzing acrylonitrile anionic polymerization was used to indicate the end-point of titration. Hydrochlothiazide and fluorouracil in tablets were determined by direct titration without extraction and separation. Satisfactory results Of the titration were obtained with a Twin—stirrer thermo— metric recorder. The emphasis of this paper is placed on selecting titrants, solvents and ther— mometric indicators in order to obtain the good titration curves, in which the end-point may be directly located by observing inflection of the curves.
