菊露中胺菊酯和 S-5439的气相色谱分析

Gas chromatographic analysis of tetramethrin and S-5439 in "JULU"

  • 摘要: “菊露”中胺菊酯和 S-5439含量可用常规 GLC 方法同时测定。其固定液为 SE—30,内标物质为正二十六烷。此法的回收率,胺菊酯为102.7%(CV=1.3%),S—5439为99.6%(CV=2.3%)。本法可供“菊露”样品的常规分析和质量控制之用。
    Abstract: Tetramethrin and S—5439 (Benzeneacetic acid, 4-chloro-α-( 1-methylethyl)— (3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl ester), two pesticidal components in "Julu", could be determined with gas chromatography using SF-30 as stationary liquid and n-C26—H54 as internal standard. The two pesticidal ccmponents were determined simultaneously with only one internal standard. In addition, some related conditions were investigated and the results were satisfactory. The recoveries were 102.7% (CV-1.3%) for tetramethrin and 99.6% (CV-2.3%) for S-5439. This method can be used in routine analysis and quality control.
