电荷转移络合-分光光度法测定利血平片的含量

CHARGE TRANSFER COMPLEXATION-SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF RESERPINE IN TABLETS

  • 摘要: 本文应用的电荷转移络合-分光光度法系用碘试液作为接受体,与利血平形成电荷转移络合物,在293±1nm 处测其吸收值。A 值与4~20μg/ml 浓度的利血平呈线性关系。利用本法测定利血平片的含量,平均回收率为99.64%,标准差为0.98%。
    Abstract: The reserpine in tablets was determined with charge transfer complexation— spectrophotometry. The ccmplex, which has a maximum absorption at 293±1nm, was formed with iodine as an acceptor in chloroform. Within the concentration range of 4-20 μg/ml of reserpine,the absorbances exhibit a linearity. The average recovery was found to be 99.64±0.98%( X±SD). in the presence of hydrochlorothiazide, hydralazine sulfate and excipients no interference was occurred.
