薄层扫描测定维他锌片中维素生B_6的含量

摘要: 本文采用双向薄层层析、双波长薄层扫描法测定了维他锌片中维生素B_6的含量。所用展开剂第I向为醋酸乙酯-乙醚-乙醇-氨水(5:3:3:1),第Ⅱ向为乙醇-氯仿-氨水(4:4:1)。展开后,使溶剂充分挥干,于254nm荧光灯下定位,以CS—910双波长薄层扫描仪进行反射法锯齿形扫描,测定波长与参比波长分别为250nm及400nm。本法结果表明维生素B_6量在5～30μg范围内成线性。回收率为100.9±0.9％。整个分析过程在4小时内完成。

Abstract: Weitaxin tablets were ground and an acccurately weighed portion of the powder equivalent to about 25 mg of Vitamine B_6 (VB6) was dissolved in 50% MeOH to give a final vol. of 25ml which was filtered. The filtration was subjected to chromatog. on a silica gel CMC-Na plate with ethyl acetate-ether-ethanol-conc.aq. NH3 (5: 3: 3: l) and ethanol-CHC13-conc.aq.NH3(4:4:1) as two dimensional TLC solvent systems. Spots were located under UV light at 254 nm and analyzed with a CS-910 daul wavelength TLCS. The calibration graph was rectilinear in the range of 5 to 30 μg of VB6. The recovery was 100.9±0.9％. The whole procedure of analysis could be performed within hours.
