三波长分光光度法测定复方麻黄碱片中盐酸苯海拉明和盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘要: 应用三波长分光光度法,不经分离直接测定复方麻黄碱片中盐酸苯海拉明和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。经实验精选出测定前者的组合波长为238nm、243nm、258.5nm,测定后者的组合波长为240nm、250nm、266.1nm。适量样品经0.1N H_2SO_4溶解,过滤,续滤液在精选波长处测定吸收度,从公式计算其含量。测得盐酸苯海拉明的平均回收率为99.7±0.57%,盐酸麻黄碱的平均回收率为99.5±0.71%,符合制剂分析的要求。Abstract: Ephedrine compound tablets were ground and dild. with 0.1 N H_2S0_4 and analyzed with 751 G spectrophotometer without any preliminary separation by three wavelength spectrophotcmetry. The determination wavelengths were at 238,240,243,250,258.5 and 266.1 nm which were chosen with micro calculator. The average recovery fcr ephedrine HCl and diphenhydramine HCl were 99.7±0.57% and 99.5±0.71%, respectively.
