从雷公藤中分离出一种新成分——雷藤三萜酸A

A novel triterpenoid isolated from tripterygium wilfordii

  • 摘要: 从雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f.)的根皮中分离出一种新的单体。该单体系由柱层析分离出的一种粗结晶,经用无水乙醇重结晶,得白色针状结晶,mp 304~308℃ (分解)。根据其化学反应、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及高分辨质谱等数据,确定其分子量为472,分子式为C_(30)H_(48)O_4,并推定其化学结构为3β,15β-dihydroxy-△12-oleanen-28-oic acid(Ⅰ), 此结构最后用雷藤三萜内酯A(triptotriterpenoidal lactone A)制备的衍生物加以确证。这是首次自植物中提取分离的一种新成分。暂定名为雷藤三萜酸A(triptotriterpenic acid A)。经初步药理试验证明该成分有抗炎作用。

     

    Abstract: A novel pleanane-type triterpenic acid, 3β, 15β-dihydroxy△12-olean—en-28-oic acid (Ⅰ) was isolated from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. and a trivial name triptotriterpenic acid A given. The structure of Ⅰ was detd.on the basis of IR. NMR and MS data. It was found to be effective in antiinflammation.
