Abstract:
Three polysaccharides from Auricularia auricala, Tremella fuciformis Berk and the spores of Tremella fuciformis Berk were found to enhance the phagocy-tosis of microphage. The phagocytic indexes increased respectively by 2.12, 3.17 and 2.60 times as compared with the controlled group. The polysaccharides of Auricularia auricula and spores of Tremella fuciformis Berk had a marked antiradical effect. The survival rates were 1.56 and 1.78 times of that of the controlled grogp grespectively. Thepolysaccharides of Auricularia auricula, Tremella fuciformis Berk and spores of Tremella fuciformis Berk showed remarkable antagonist action to leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamide. Two days after clcyophosphamide was administrated intraperitonoeslly, the occurence rate of leukopenia for three testing groups were 39.2%, 20.03%, 10.9%, respectively, while the controlled group showed a rate of 60.8%.
