摘要: 应用卡尔曼滤波及P-矩阵分光光度法同时测定复方苯妥英钠片中利眠宁、苯巴比妥及苯妥英钠的含量。在卡尔曼滤波法的计算中,引入带非线性校正项的最小二乘法以减少实测数据对模型的偏差:在P-矩阵法处理过程中,以“条件数”作为选择测定波长的指标以减少计算误差,两种方法测定三组分的回收率分别为98.03%;CV=2.2%;98.99%;CV=2.1%;100.3%;CV=1.1%及100.6%;CV=2.1%;101.2%;CV=1.3%;99.97%。CV=1.3%(n均为23)。Abstract: Chlordiazepoxide, phenobarbital and phenytoin sodium contained in compound tablets of Phenytoin sodium were determined simultaneously by kalman filtering and p-matrix spectrophotometry without prior separation.
