摘要: 用原生质体依赖性质粒消除试验消除金黄色葡萄球菌85094的四环素耐药性,并以琼脂糖凝胶电泳证实有相应的质粒消除。消除率为80%。对照试验,以十二烷基硫酸钠处理,未得耐药性消除菌。
