摘要: 建立了紫外分光光度法测定青霉素酶对青霉素底物动力学参数的方法。用碱水解制备青霉噻唑酸并测定其紫外光谱,选定了工作波长。比较了初速度法及半数底物反应时间法的适用范围。为半数底物反应时间法编制了计算程序。
