遗忘因子法在紫外分光光度分析上的应用——撒痛风注射液和增效联磺胶囊的含量测定

Simultaneous Determination of Three Components Contained in Satongfeng Injection and Enhanced Sulfisomezol Compound Capsules by Forgetting Factor Spectrophotometry

摘要: 将遗忘因子法用于多组分混合物的紫外光谱定量分析,运用其递推算法无需预先化学或物理分离直接测定混合物中各组分的含量。撒痛风注射液中水杨酸钠、咖啡因和安替比林以及增效联磺胶胶囊中磺胺甲基异噁唑、三甲氧苄氨嘧啶和磺胺嘧啶的含量测定,其平均回收率(%)分别为100.0,99.9,100.0,99.7,99.7,100.0;变异系数(%)分别为0.73,0.70,0.76,1.57,1.41,1.10。该法为最小二乘方法的在线分析提供了可行途径。
