白间素—2与环磷酰胺及5—氟脲嘧啶协同作用的研究

Studies on the Synergism of IL-2 with Cyclophosphamide or 5-Fluorouracil on the Experimental Tumours in Mice

摘要: 用白间素-2(IL-2)与环磷酰胺(Cy)及5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)合并用药,对小鼠实验性肿瘤的研究表明,im IL-2与ip Cy合并用药对小鼠肉瘤37的肿瘤生长具有明显抑制作用,其抑瘤率达42.7%;单用ipIL-2或ip Cy对小鼠S_(37)的肿瘤生长无明显抑制作用。im IL-2与ip 5-Fu合并用药能明显延长艾氏腹水癌(EAC)小鼠的存活天数,两个剂量组的治愈率分别为44.0%和72.7%,5-Fu组为0和18.0%;单用im IL-2对EAC小鼠无明显延长作用(P<0.05)。给药组小鼠体重均有所增加。
