泻下通瘀合剂对大鼠缺血性急性肾衰的影响

摘要: 以“一切一夹”所致大鼠缺血性急性肾衰为模型,观察了泻下通瘀合剂对大鼠缺血性急性肾衰的影响。结果表明:与速尿组及生理盐水组相比,泻下通瘀合剂能明显降低大鼠血清尿素氮、肌酐以及主要脏器脂质过氧化物的含量,减轻大鼠肾组织瘀血程度,减少肾小管内管型数目。
