抗血小板聚集药物Picotamide及其类似物的合成

摘要: 为寻找新的血小板聚集抑制剂,根据Picotamide具有选择性抑制血栓素合成和阻断血小板血栓素受体的双重作用,合成了Picotamide及其15个类似物。对中间体3-氨甲基吡啶的合成进行了摸索,采用3-腈基吡啶酸性溶剂中常压氢化的方法,反应条件温和。通过元素分析、质谱、核磁和红外图谱确定了合成化合物的结构。Abstract: It was reported that 4-methoxyisophthalamide analogues have different potency of platelet antiaggregation activity. Among compounds, Picotamide, N, N'-bis-(3-picolyl)-4-methoxyisophthalamide, is an unique antiaggregant which acts by selectively inhibiting
