摘要: 对川续断Dipsacus asperoides C.Y.Cheng et T.M.Ai根中的二个生物碱斑点,进行跟踪分离并纯化,并经光谱学方法鉴定其结构为venoterpine(B_1)及cantleyine(B_2),并非文献中所载的龙胆碱(gentianine)。

Abstract: Two alkaloids, venoterpine and cantleyine were isolated from the root of Dipsacus asperoides, while the other alkaloid gentianine in this species reported in literature was not found.-
