肌苷高产菌株的选育

Breeding of Inosin Producing Mutant

摘要: 以肌苷产生菌枯草芽孢杆菌ＭＢＳ－１２为出发菌株，经紫外线诱变处理获得一株具有腺嘌呤、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、硫胺素四重营养缺陷型并对８－氮杂鸟嘌呤、６－巯基嘌呤有双重抗性的突变株ＬＳＢＳ－１２５５（ａｄｅ￣－，ｈｉｓ￣－，ｐｈｅ￣－，ｔｈｉ￣－，８－ＡＧｒ，６－ＭＰｒ），在摇瓶试验中该变异株的产量显著高于亲株，摇瓶试验产肌苷达２７．４３ｍｇ／ｍｌ，最高可达２９．１０ｍｇ／ｍｌ，发酵周期为７２ｈ菌株性状稳定。

Abstract: Using inosine producer bacillus subtilis MBS-12(ade-,his-,thi-)asa starting strain,a mutant LSBS 1255(ade-,his-,thi-,8-AGr,6-MPr)was obtained by ultraviolet light treatment,which can accumulate 27.43 mg/ml of inosine.
