Determination of Chrysotoxene, Erianin and Chrysotoxine in 18 Species of"Shihu"with HPLC

摘要: 采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定１８种石斛中ｃｈｒｙｓｏｔｏｘｅｎｅ，ｅｒｉａｎｉｎ及ｃｈｒｙｓｏｔｏｘｉｎｅ的含量。固定相ＯＤＳ－Ｃ＿（１８）２４ｃｍ×４．６ｍｍ，流动相甲醇－乙腈－水（６０：６０：１６５），检测波长２３７ｎｍ。三种成分的回收率分别为９８．０％，９６．１％及９５．２％。
