Determination of Mercury in Chinese Traditional Patent Medicines by Cold Vapour Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要: 介绍了冷蒸气原子吸收分光光度法测定汞的基本原理，建立了以ＨＮＯ３，Ｈ２ＳＯ４和Ｈ２Ｏ２为氧化剂，ＳｎＣｌ２为还原剂，测定六味地黄丸、乌鸡白凤丸和大活络丹等中成药中汞含量的方法。检测限为０．８ｎｇ／ｍｌ。各测３批样品，所得汞含量在０．４３～０．７２ｐｐｍ之间。
