Studies on Graphite Furnace AAS for Determination of Mercury in Chinese Traditional Medicine

  • 摘要: 应用平台技术于石墨炉中,测定中成药中汞含量。选择钯镍混合剂作为基体改进剂,并在试样预处理时加入钯作稳定剂,从而有效地抑制了汞在热分解阶段的挥发损失及石墨炉中杂质对测定的干扰,使汞的检测限达6.71ng/ml,变异系数CV<10%,回收率92.6%~103.3%。
