洛美沙星滴耳液的高效液相色谱分析

Study on the Determination of Lomefloxacin Otic Solution by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 采用反相HPLC法测定滴耳液中洛美沙星及其杂质的含量。采用TSk gel~(TM)C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1％三乙胺溶液(16:84,以磷酸调节pH为2.5)作流动相,检测器波长287nm。含量测定采用内标法,以诺氟沙星为内标,杂质检查采用面积归一化法。实验结果表明,该方法对杂质的分离度好,含量测定的平均回收率为99.85％(RSD=0.41％,n=5)。
