小单孢菌M－90诱变方法的研究

Study on the Mutation Micromonospora M-90

摘要: 以高温、ＬｉＣｌ、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ、甲胺＋ＵＶ、吖啶橙等理化诱变剂对玫瑰降红色小单孢菌Ｍ－９０进行诱变育种。高温、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ、甲胺＋ＵＶ、吖啶橙处理后都得到了高产菌株。其中以高温、ＬｉＣｌ＋ＵＶ效果最好。经过复筛与传代，得到了具有遗传稳定性的高产菌株，且发酵液中非活性组分较出发菌株减少。
