养正合剂对实验性肿瘤的治疗作用

Therapeutical Effects of Yang Zheng He Ji on Experimental Tumor

摘要: 养正合剂（１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）能显著抑制小鼠移植肉瘤１８０（Ｓ（１８０））、肝癌实体型（Ｈｅｐｅ）及艾氏腹水癌（ＥＡＣ）的生长，最高抑瘤率分别为４７．５％、４４．８％及４２．１％。养正合剂（１５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）与低剂量环磷酰胺合用，表现出明显抑制小鼠Ｓ（１８３）瘤的增效作用。养正合剂（１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）显著升高Ｓ（１８０）小鼠的血清溶血素抗体的含量，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ明显增强ＤＮＣＢ所致Ｓ（１８０）小鼠接触性皮炎。
