肝素修饰人血超氧化物歧化酶稳定性研究

Study on Stabilities of Heparin Modified Human Erythrocyte Superoxide Dismutase

摘要: 报道了肝素对人血超氧化物歧化酶的化学修饰作用，并对修饰酶与天然酶的稳定性进行了比较研究，结果表明：修饰酶冻干品活力为天然酶的７０％，比活为４２０００ｕ／ｍｇ；修饰酶的热稳定性、酸碱稳定性及抗蛋白水解能力均比天然酶有较大的提高。
