老化对磷酸烯醇型丙酮酸激酶基因转录作用的影响

Effect of Age on the Gene Transcription of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase

  • 摘要: 使用6 ̄26月龄Ficher344禁食雄性大鼠肝脏研究了老化对磷酸烯醇型丙酮酸激酶(GTP)(PEPCK.EC.4.1.1.32)基因表达的影响,结果表明6 ̄26月龄大鼠肝脏提取物中的PEPCK活力约下降50%,且与年龄相关的PEPCK活性的下降与PEPCK mRNA水平的下降相平行。因此,PEPCK活性的下降可能是因用于进行转译作用的mRNA的转录作用下降,且6月龄到26月龄大鼠肝脏的PEPCK
