冬瓜果肉中游离氨基酸的GC/MS分析

GC/MS Alalysis of Free Amino Acids in Pulp of Benicasa hispa Logn

  • 摘要: 利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术及电子轰击电离和化学电离方法,对冬瓜果肉中游离的17种氨基酸衍生物进行了定性分析。总结出了氨基酸衍生物的EIMS及CIMS的开裂规律,鉴定出了三种非蛋白质氨基酸,分别是2-氨基-3-氰基丙酸、丁氨酸和2-氨基-4-烯己酸,同时为气相色谱法分析提供定性依据。
