摘要: 将氧氟沙星用乳酸调节ｐＨ，直接配成注射液并分别采用高效液相色谱法及分光光度法进行含量测定，两者结果基本一致。该注射液对热对光稳定，贮存一年后含量基本不变。Abstract: The ofloxacin injection was prepared and its content was determined by HPLC and spectrophotometry.
