酮基布洛芬涂膜剂的制备及控释机理研究

Studies on the Ketoprofen Transdermal Therapeutic System

摘要: 研制了酮基布洛芬经皮吸收涂膜剂；通过体外渗透试验，探讨了涂膜剂的控释机理。结果表明，涂膜剂中酮基布洛芬以零级动力学经皮吸收，渗透速率与聚合物限速膜厚度的倒数呈良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９２）。
