大鼠肺血栓模型的制备及考察

摘要: 采用~(125)I-纤维蛋白的血栓注入大鼠肺动脉制成肺血栓模型,以给药后血液放射强度增加率评价药物的溶栓作用。结果表明:此血栓模型稳定性较好,能明显显示精制蝮蛇抗栓酶(0.08u/kg)和尿激酶(10000u/kg)的溶栓作用,剂量-效应关系反应灵敏,并具经济、废物处理方便等特点。Abstract: This paper describes the metabolism of m-hydroxybenzaldehyde in fermenting yeast cells.Three compounds were isolated from fermentation medium, which were identified by IR,1HNMR and MS as m-hydroxlphenyl acetyl carbinol(yield:37.4%),m-hydroxybenzyl alcohol
