Effect of Ca 2 Antagonist on NGF Synthesis/Secretion in Culture Mouse Astroglial Cell

摘要: 利用ＥＩＡ测定静止期小鼠星形细胞培养液中ＮＧＦ含量，ＨＣ可以促进静止期小鼠星形细胞合成ＮＧＦ，而Ｂｅｐ、Ｗ７和ＴＭＢ－８则可使静止期小鼠星形细胞合成ＮＧＦ的能力下降。同时还可不同程度地减弱ＨＣ对静止期小鼠星形细胞合成ＮＧＦ的促进作用。
