草钟乳挥发性成分的研究

Study on Volatile Compounds of Allium tuberosum

摘要: 从草钟乳（ＡｌｉｕｍｔｕｂｅｒｏｓｕｍＲｏｔｌｅｘＳｐｒｅｎｇ）地上部分中提取得挥发性成分，经气相色谱／质谱联用技术分析研究，共鉴定出３６个化合物，其中２０个为含硫化合物，在该植物中属首次报道。挥发性成分动物试验表明具有明显的抗肿瘤和促进机体免疫的功能。
