摘要: 将氟罗沙星用天门冬氨酸调节ｐＨ直接配成注射液，采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定，经稳定性试验表明，该注射液质量稳定。本品与氯化钠溶液配伍产生沉淀。该沉淀经紫外、红外、核磁、质谱等分析，并非为分解产物，而是氟罗沙星。
