手性阳离子型Rh(Ⅰ)催化的高对映选择性的环化反应

摘要: 以阳离子型Rh+(BINAP)ClO-4为催化剂,4-取代-4-戊烯醛类化合物高对映选择性地(>99%e.e.)环化成3-取代环戊酮,而中性RhCl(BINAP)在4-取代-4-戊烯醛类的环化反应中,无催化活性。Abstract: Highly enantioselective cyclization (>99% e.e.) of 4 substituted 4 pentenals into 3 substituted cyclopentanone was achieved by using cationic Rh (BINAP) ClO - 4. 4 substituted 4 pentenals were not cyclized by the neutral RhCl(BINAP).
